Fall is here. It's my favorite season because the weather is colder rather than hotter. Less bugs. Less moisture in the air. Better holidays. My 21st birthday is in 69 days (I still get excited about my birthday). I just did the math in my head and got 100 days but I doubled checked this at a website called "Days Until Next Birthday Calculator" and it said 69.. This is why Basic College Algebra was difficult for me (I got an A though). Other events will be: seeing Brandon some time in the next 75 or so days. Lillian's 2nd birthday. Finishing this terrible semester. Halloween! and finally, all of my favorite shows are back on.
Speaking of favorite shows, I recently realized that I watch way too much TV. This is a relatively new development because I used to be too excited about living to watch TV. Now I'm grown up and going through my mid-life crisis stage. I keep getting the urge to change my hair back to blond as it was in my younger years and I really want a new car and boobs. The plight of the middle aged woman. Ugh.
But anyway, these are the shows I'm watching this fall:
.
Weeds- Monday..Charter revoked my downloading privileges so now I have to watch pixeleted episodes on skeevy japanese websites
Glee- Tuesday. Finn and Rachel are finally together. Sue and Schue are/were "friends". Quinn is back on the Cheerios and evidently Britney Spears is going to ruin an episode. There are two new cast members one of which I already hate, Sunshine something or other, and then this good looking guy with a giant mouth. I think Finn wants to see him naked.
Ghost Hunters- Wednesday. On Sept. 29, 2010 Syfy is airing the GH episode where the crew visits Lemp Mansion, which is located in St.Louis, MO. And the episode I'm most excited for.
Community- Thursday. Honestly, I missed the premier and the last 5 or so episodes. But for the ones I saw, I really enjoyed it. I plan on watching this because I'll have NBC on anyway for the Office an hour later.
The Office- Thursday. This is my favorite show by loyality. But I'll admit, the last two seasons have made me sad. This is the last season with Steve Carrel as Michael Scott...and the last season I will watch. I can't bare to see it go down in flames without Michael as boss. Pathetic or not, this is worse than when I was dumped freshman year. The clip is Dwight pretending to be Jim.
Outsourced- Thursday. A new show that I enjoyed the first episode of. The main character is cute but there are no strong characters. My guess is that it'll last one season. But I'll be watching since NBC will already be on.
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia- Thursday. I love this show as much as I love The Office. It's a lot of dry humor as none of the characters know they're strange.
Destination Truth- Thursday. This show is a mash up of paranormal hunting and cryptid hunting, both of which are very cool. I wish they'd go check out the mothman, my favorite cryptid of all time. They've visited Chernobyl and a crazy Chilean mining village, both of which had my hairs standing on end. I'm excited for this season and the host, Josh Gates is really sexy.
So my Thursday's are pretty packed nowadays. I have to scramble from NBC to FX to SyFy. It's giving me carpal tunnel. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I remain lonely. Sometimes I find myself watching new episodes of Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta and it's always terrible.
When do United States of Tara and Dexter come back on? I don't think I have time to watch anything else right now.

Livejournal.
I have successfully and steadily been maintaining a livejournal since early 2004. For the past half hour I was reminiscing my life as a 14 year old. Life was so incredibly simple at 14 even though I had an asian boyfriend and too many friends. It was the life. I'd like to share with my friends, family, and the internet one particular entry I wrote in honor of my friend Ed, who I left out of a previous entry about a trip to the mall on accident. On October 24, 2004 I wrote:
this journal entry goes out to Ed, because I forgot to mention in the previous entry that he was at the mall with us. I feel bad, I'm sorry Ed. But this entrys all for my pal Ed.
What I like about Ed.
x sarah
End entry.

My favorite line: He wears pants with metal on them, but its not really metal. Its like metal.
I also enjoyed my misspelling of intimidating as "intimating".
Ed's pants:

What I like about Ed.
- He is really nice despite the intimating stares
- He wears pants with metal on them, but its not really metal. Its like metal.
- He rarely wears any other pants
- He's tall
- He's nice to hug if you can catch him
- He looked very nice in that green shirt he wore last night at the mall
- He is very good at arcade games
- He is genourous
- Hes throws my trash away for me if I ask
- He never ment to fling red jello at my butt
- Hes funny
- deep down hes quite sentimental
- He has a knife
- He has a neat lighter
- Hes like a teddy bear
- His name has only 2 letters in it
- Hes mysterious

Tribute to 9/11 Victim: Jessica Sachs
"Follow your honest convictions and be strong."
~William Makepeace Thackeray

| Jessica Leigh Sachs, American Airline Flight 11 |
How strange it was while I was gearing up to work on this tribute I realized I had picked a girl whose parents are a hop, skip, and a jump away from my front door in St.Louis, Missouri. Additionally, I picked a girl who died very near to the age I am now. Jessica Sach's was not assigned to me --I picked her randomly from a list of 9/11 victims who had no formal online tribute to them.
Jessica Leigh Sachs grew up in Rochester, Minnesota as the youngest of three children to Steven and Karen Sachs. Later in her life Jessica attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. At the time of her death she was residing in Billerica, Massachusetts. She was aboard the hijacked American Airlines Flight 11 that took off from Boston. In her short life of 22 years Jessica inspired hope in many people, including her parents, through her strong-held belief in God and Christianity. She helped start Mercyhouse Church near the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, where her spirit remains alive today.
It's difficult to compose a memorial blog about a person I've never met. It's even more difficult to compose a memorial blog about someone who has no current memorial blog or information to speak of other than one Baptist church article and a 9/11 Victim memorial guest book. Even after "investigating" 20 pages on Google search nothing more than Jessica Sachs- 22, American Airlines Flight 11 is written. I couldn't even find her birthday. After getting to know Jessica and her sweet parents (online) this seems to be a travesty.

Collinsville
I love my town because I could be blind folded, spun in circles, and dropped anywhere in it and know exactly how to get home. I know the areas to avoid for all sorts of reasons (traffic, construction, cops, muggers...). I know the overall attitude of my town, how nice or rude people are, and what restaurants are open at odd hours. I am also really enjoying the commercials about the Italian Fest.

High Fashion
What is going on in the world to make this cool to wear? I thought frumpy was always out.
I don't get fashion. I never have and I'm not about to start caring much for it now. But high fashion, the things celebrities wear, and most of the outfits on Project Runway are appalling. Whyyy does Katie Holmes want to look like an 8 year old boy?
This is couture?
A fashion website on Madonnas terrible Oscar the Grouch get-up:"Fringe rocks this spring. You can see this decoration everywhere from bags to shoes and dresses. Whether modern and sleek, feminine, or showgirl burlesque, fringed dresses are every girl’s must-have item!"
THAT has to be a joke? Fringe is cool?

The Truth Pt. 2
I'm a lonely woman (having my lover away so often) so I Google a lot of sexy men... Well that's not really why. I do it becauseI <3 boys. I always have. But anyway, consider this a part TWO to my previous post "The Truth" featuring Rob Pattinson. Here is another man who hold's like... 1/16th of my heart (there are many men who hold the other 16 parts).
Who is he? Charlie Day! He plays my favorite character, Charlie Kelly, on my second favorite show "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia". I love him because he's quirky and looks like a real person UNLIKE Robert. Robert looks too much like he tries to look dirty...like he is so dirty he is clean...because he has a live-in stylist. Charlie Day probably doesn't make enough money for a stylist yet. Another reason I like him is because he is married in RL to his love-obsession "the waitress" on "It's Always Sunny..."
